As a general rule, we aim to fulfil orders within 1 working day, although sometimes fulfilment may take anywhere up to 1-3 working days. Please contact us directly to expedite order fulfilment. 

Our partner for domestic and international deliveries is LP Express. Local deliveries take anywhere from 2-4 working days with international deliveries anywhere from 4-7 working days. We provide free shipping option for local and international deliveries for order value exceeding 30.

How can I return a defective product purchased in the MANSOME.eu online store?

Before returning a defective product, it is necessary to contact the MANSOME Europe customer service team by e-mail info@mansome.eu in order to coordinate the product return procedure. In the letter, it is necessary to submit a document confirming the purchase of the product, such as a VAT invoice. Our team will evaluate the claim and inform you about the next steps.

In the event that the product does not meet the quality requirements, we undertake to replace the defective product at our own expense or return the full amount paid for the product.

The product must be delivered in its complete package to the following address: Tekliunu 11, Dvariskes, Vilnius, Lithuania, 14256 Please contact our customer service team first before sending back the product. The product must be delivered in its complete set with all gifts and accessories.

When will the money be returned?

After receiving the returned product and assessing its quality, the seller must provide the customer with a decision on the claim within 14 days. In such a case, when the decision is to return to the customer all the money paid for the product, the seller must do so within 7 working days after informing the customer of the decision. If you return only part of the purchased goods, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
